For your own safety and security, make sure your Orange SIM is fully registered.

Do not just go and buy it and think that everything is ok. No! Don't do that.

Why? Well, if you happen to lose the SIM or forget the PIN then you need to call or go to the nearest branch.

If your information are not correct with that of your ID card and you have money in the SIM; they won't reset or replace it.

Unless you tell the sender to reverse it from your phone to his. You will not lose the money instead call for reversal.

How to know if your SIM is fully registered?

Call customer care agent or visit their branch.

Dial #144# and select 8;

Select 12;

Enter your PIN.

When they go to a vendor they say "I want Orange Money SIM" without asking for registration.
They don't write down their PIN and keep it in a safe place.
They are in a hurry when you attempt to register them.
For the first time when you tell them hash (#) 144 hash, they dialed asterisk or star (*) instead.
They don't minus the charges when doing cash-out.
