111 is used to call customer care service for all the mobile telecommunication in Sierra Leone and else where.

When you dial 111 and call, there are different options you will be presented with. So don't expect to be answered instantly.

Africell

Dial 111 and press ok;

Press 1 for English and 2 for Krio;

Press 4 for an agent to assist you.

Orange 

Call 111 

Press 1 for English or 2 for Krio;

Press 7 to contact them;

Press 9 to talk to an agent.

If you want you can dial 111 as the server starts to talk press 1, 7 and 9 and wait for someone to attend to you. This can be applied for Africell and Qcell as well.

QCell

Dial 111

Press 1 for English or 2 for Krio;

Press 9 to talk to a customer care executive.

For Orange Money Customer 

Dial *747  

Press 1 for English or 2 for Krio.

*747 [star, seven, four, seven] star * is also called asterisk

For an Orange Money Agent 

Dial 401
