Main Regent Road, Hill Station, Freetown;

Wilkinson Road, Cockrill North, Freetown, respectively.

All of them are in Western, that is the West Part of Freetown.

In 2005, Africell entered the market of Sierra Leone with very effective strategy by giving its subscribers a three month bunus and by selling the SIM at a cheaper price (before that, SIM was fluctuating between $100.0 and $50.0.

Sudden and swift changes happened in 2019. Before that year, (as the economy of the country is fluctuating) subscribers used to pay for mobile data expensively. For example, by then 1 GB was sold approximately $6.0; change took place as Qcell first appearance in the market where a subscriber for the first time in history could afford 1 GB less than $1.0 as a result Sierra Leone experiences good quality of communication for an affordable price.
